At Le PleaSur` our concept is designing eco-friendly, sustainable high-premium fabrics to showcase sophisticated fashions that are made-to-order from source recyclable materials. Each recycled product you see in our store is a one-of-a-kind piece we produce specifically for you after your order is received. We offer the quality products our customers deserve.
Our eco-friendly product collection consists of recycled polyester fibers made from 100% plastic bottles, and a mix of 70% organic recycled materials. They are Global Recycling Standard (GRS) Certified. Only 9% of the Earth’s plastic has been recycled, but this percentage can significantly be boosted by using more recycled polyester every year. In a single year, 12 tons of reusable material was spared from entering the landfill, 8.7 million gallons of water, and 51 tons of C02 emissions by using recycled wool, recycled cotton, and recycled polyester. The source fabrics and materials that have been recycled are conducted through third party audits from leading independent associations to ensure compliance sustainability principles.
Difference between Virgin Polyester vs. Recycled Polyester.
Virgin Polyester is made from a combination of coal, ethylene which is derived from petroleum, air, and water, are formed from a chemical reaction under extremely high heat. It is a high energy process that relies on even more energy and natural resources it takes to extract coal and petroleum from the earth.
Recycled Polyester is made from recycled plastic bottles which cuts out the need for petroleum and coal extraction. From there, the plastic bottles are shredded into flakes by a machine that can run on renewable energy. Those flakes are melted down into pellets, then the pellets are spun and pulled like taffy into high quality yarn. The yarn is then knitted, cut, and sewn into clothing just like any other yarn.
Digital Printing
We deploy digital printing which utilizes much less ink and water compared to traditional processes like screen printing. The ink that we use is certified by SGS. From cutting, sewing, and ironing to inspection and packaging, our whole production process is fully compliant with the WRAP Production Principles along with Oeko-Tex™ certified, vegan, water-based, and free of harmful chemicals.

All products with the Le PleaSur’ brand are custom made for you when you place your order. We ensure the production of our products and apparel is done in a sustainable manner. Our entire business model of “designs made-to-order” is built on having zero inventory and zero waste production. This process allows us to avoid overproduction and textile waste, and to continue to work towards greener production. This technology enables our customers and manufacturers to operate on-demand.

We work with ethical and sustainable partners and suppliers that believe in the same values as us. Quality comes at a cost, and you are only as good as the people you work with. Our suppliers and their facilities are audited and regularly checked to ensure full compliance with their labor and safety protocols, their environmental management systems, and their production processes. We want to ensure they are following ethical guidelines for their employees and their working conditions. They meet ISO45001 standards for occupational health and safety, ISO 9001 standards for quality and GRS for certified production with sustainable materials. In addition, our manufacturing partners are part of BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative).
