Shipping and Refund Policy
Shipping
We cannot wait to get your order to you, but most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary based on location. But if you need your order sooner? Expedited shipping options will appear on the final checkout screen. Expedited orders will ship same day when received by noon Pacific Time on business days. Items cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
U.S. Free Shipping
Free Ground Economy Shipping offer is valid only for shipments within the United States. Orders will ship via Ground Economy shipping within the 48 contiguous states and standard 2-day air shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. Shipping charges will be automatically taken off the invoice at the final stage of checkout. All items in stock are typically delivered within 5-8 business days when shipped Ground or within 2-4 business days when shipped Express. Orders placed with us after 10am PT typically will be shipped the following business day. Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to remote locations. (A “business day” is Monday through Friday, not including holidays in Canada or the U.S.).
International
Once you add items to your shopping cart and click the “CHECKOUT” button, your transaction will be final at the International secure site. Your order total (including all taxes, duties, and shipping charges) will be display. Please note that we are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. Please place a separate order for each international delivery address. Due to size and customs restrictions, there are some items that are not available for international shipping. These items will be restricted from your shopping cart. In addition, we cannot ship a single order in excess US$10,000 or items over 100lbs.
Pricing
Pricing is available at check-out in your selected currency. Please note that product prices do not include duties and taxes. All duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout. Prices on Le PleaSur` may vary by country. Variable costs that affect pricing include international exchange rate, shipping and handling costs, fuel surcharges and other fluctuations in global currency markets.
Duty & Taxes
Duty, taxes, and Value Added Tax (VAT) are all set by the destination country. These rates are determined by a combination of the merchandise country of origin and the classification of that merchandise. The total amount of these charges will vary by country and will be determined and guaranteed at checkout.
All international orders must have a ship-to destination outside of the United States. We are unable to process orders with an international billing address that ships to a U.S. address. Shipping costs vary by package and destination. Most items will be delivered within 4-14 business days after your order is received. You will be able to view a more specific shipping timeline during the checkout process. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Refunds and Exchanges (A)
We offer a wide range of superior products sourced from 100% high quality silk, cotton, nylon, rayon, and fine linen from outstanding vendors throughout the USA and globally along with designs by Le PleaSur`. We are committed to delivering an ongoing diverse range of products that are of exceedingly high-quality, eco-friendly, ethically sourced, sustainable, luxurious, by working with certified suppliers with the highest level of ethics and compliance. It’s our commitment to doing business. We want to make sure you are satisfied and if there is a production flaw, we are committed to providing solutions you will be happy with.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within the number of days required by each product. Some of our boutique items have either a 7 or a 15-days return from the delivery date. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and it is non-refundable.
All returns must be in the original condition as delivered, not used, dry-cleaned, worn, washed, or altered with the original labels and tags attached. The care team reserves the right to inspect the merchandise and to determine whether to accept or reject the refund or exchange within 7 calendar days from the delivery date. If the return item is rejected, you will be provided with a reason for rejection. The product(s) will be returned to you and no refund will be processed. However, if the return is due to a customer issue such as, wrong item ordered, customer remorse-changed your mind the customer is responsible for return postage. Note, you may return the product(s) using a carrier of your choosing, however, Le PleaSur` is not responsible for returned items and suggests using a carrier that allows you to track and insure your package. Please note all items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.
Refund and Exchanges (B) Designs by Le PleaSur`
Designs by Le PleaSur` are customed designed products that do not physically exist until you hit “buy”, and only then is it made. So “make-to-order” allows products to be made-one-order-at-a time. They are produced for you, ensuring everything is made, cut, and hand-finished with the utmost care and accuracy. Once your transaction is complete your order is immediately sent to the production team to print, cut, and sew. In this process we use sustainable fabric of the highest quality standards found in the industry.
Please be aware since designs by Le PleaSur` are made specifically for you, returns and exchanges are not available if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. This means we highly recommend referring to the Size Chart and taking Measurements before placing an order.
However, we do offer free replacements or a refund for a problem with the delivered product like printing error, sewing defects, damage, and manufacturer flaw to please contact our Support Team (support@lepleasur.com) within 30 days of product delivery, to arrange a refund or replacement. Please describe the quality issue when submitting a return request. You may be required to upload photos of the damaged items and our team will do everything possible to rectify the issue and provide the most suitable solution for you.
Please Note: With Designs by Le PleaSur` you are not required to send back the damaged items, you can keep, toss, or donate them.
Lost orders:
If you did not receive your package in the mail, the first thing to do is to check whether the submitted address is 100% accurate. Even a single missing letter or number can cause a delivery failure. If the address is correct, please contact your local post office.
