This item is non-returnable and non-exchangeable however, in case of a damaged product or a wrong product received, we will provide a refund, or send a replacement product. You must contact us within 5 days after order receipt and you must return the item(s) within 15 days of order date. You can simply contact us, and provide us a picture of the damaged product and we will take it forward and let you know where to send the item.
