This item is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This watch carries a two year watch movement warranty. Any wear and tear or abuse to the watch is not warranted. Any items sent back without approval and an approved RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #) from our customer service department will be rejected causing you inconvenience and cost. If the return is due to supplier error (e.g. defective/damaged item, wrong product delivered, etc.), the supplier will shoulder the return shipping fee. However, if the return is due to customer issue (e.g. wrong item ordered, customer remorse, etc.), the customer is responsible for return postage.
