Designs by Le PleaSur` are custom designed products that do not physically exist until you hit “buy”, and only then is it made. So “make-to-order” allows products to be made-one-order-at-a time.  Since designs by Le PleaSur` are made specifically for you, returns and exchanges are not available if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, we do offer free replacements or a refund for “Damaged products” and “Manufacturing Errors” see Return Policy page.

Production Time: Made to order average production time will take 8 to 12 business days to ensure everything is printed, cut, and hand-finished with the utmost care and accuracy with quality control to make sure you receive a satisfied product.
