UPDATING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible; therefore, we are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been submitted.

Our team is working hard to get your order as quickly as possible once an order is placed, please allow two to four business days for the order to be packed and shipped from the warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.

Estimated USA Shipping Time:

  • Ground Free Shipping:5-7 business days
  • Three Day:3-4 business days (based on when package leaves our facility)
  • Two Day: 2 business days (based on when package leaves our facility)
  • Next Day Air:1 business days (based on when package leaves our facility)

During inclement weather, shipping may be delayed out of our control, we thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

Yes, we offer standard and express shipping options to most countries.

Please note for all apparel that states “Designs by Le PleaSur`” these are unique custom-made one-of-a-kind items designs that is only produced once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, if you received a damaged, incorrect product, or a manufacturing error, we apologize and ask to please send a clear photo of the damaged product to our support team support@lepleasur.com within 30 days of product delivery and we would  be happy to arrange a free replacement or a refund. Please note, any damaged item outside of 30-day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

These unique design apparels you do not have to return them, simply donate, or keep it. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for a refund or free replacement.

Please contact us if you have not received your Delivered Order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier, we will be happy to assist. Send us a email and be sure to include as much of the following information as possible so that we can quickly resolve the matter:

  • Account number or phone number
  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Description of missing merchandise
  • Your preference for either a replacement or a refund

We currently accept credit card or debit card payments from MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Afterpay, Affirm and Klarna.

Sales tax is calculated based on the laws of the state to which you are shipping your order. Sales tax will be displayed on the checkout screen.  For applicable countries, duties and taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose Delivery Duty Paid or Delivery Duty Unpaid. If you select Delivery Duty Unpaid you will be responsible for paying the required duties and taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package. Our website does not participate in tax-free holidays.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

A credit card authorization will be placed on your card as soon as your order is accepted. Your credit card will be officially charged once your order is shipped. Once we have verified your credit card details and received credit authorization, we’ll prepare your order for shipping and charge the full amount upon shipping. Please allow up to two business days to prepare your order for shipment.

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered in our system.

Our items run true to size, unless otherwise stated in the description (Runs small, consider sizing up!” We recommend you reference our size chart to find your best fit before placing your order.

Currently, we do not accept:

  • Personal checks, Money orders or Cash
  • Orders with credit cards with an international billing address shipping to the U.S. or Canada
  • Orders with credit cards issued by banks outside the U.S. shipping to the U.S. or Canada
  • Gift Certificates, Gift Cards, eGift Cards, Award Cards

For your convenience, your credit card information will be stored in your Le PleaSur` account. For more information, see our Privacy Policy. For added security, your billing address at Le PleaSur` must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company.
